My company spends roughly 1000 dollars per week between fuel, food and drinks.
Service is on par for the most part for as busy of location this is. Today however when we pulled up began to pump gas, due to how busy the center is there was no parking available to move up while we got our food. So being that our trucks were still fueling we went on in and tried to get some breakfast. While we were in line to spend even more money at the fuelstop. A lady comes over the loud speaker with a harsh half rude tone and said that we were blocking others from getting fuel. We make it outside to move the trucks and realize that the parking lot had slowed down and that there were plenty of fuel lanes available, and that our trucks were still fueling but the pump had shut off without filling my truck all the way. I was on pump 5 and my other co worker was on pump 7. When I started to restart the fuel on the pump the lady from inside comes running out to the vehicle with an unwelcome stare on her face. I said Thru the window that we were trying to move. Excuse me! She stated three times without letting me finish what I had to say. By this time I got upset due to the rudeness displayed by said pump nazi.
she then stated that if I can continued to argue with her she would call my company. I then stated that the number was clearly visible and feel welcome to call. She wrote down the number and we moved on down the road without finishing fueling. A few minutes go by and I receive a call from my company stating that loves has banned me from getting fuel or eating at the loves facility. I know it's a real tear jerker that I am not allowed to deal with such hostile employees from now on good day.
