Extremely disapointing place. I even placed the order in person trying to find a local florist that would deliver fresh flowers and what did I get?? Oh my God, I was ashamed the flowers for my mom had my name as the sender. We received nothing close to what we choose and for a high price. Do not recommend this place at all.

They've downgraded my orders without my consent and still charged me full price. I didn't say anything the first time, but the second time I tried to bring it to the old lady's attention. I think the old lady is the owner's wife. The woman didn't let me explain fully before she started yelling at me. I don't need to take this from someone who I am paying, and you don't either.

Very poor service. I ordered a gift basket on the 18th to be delivered on the 23rd. Today is the 29th and it has never been received. They will not reverse my charge and will not provide me with details as to where the gift is. I have had to contact my Credit Card Company to have the charge reversed and initiate an investigation into the company. DO NOT USE this company for anything.

They did a wonderful job with my wedding flowers. Can be counted on for quality, service and good price.
