My cat stepped on the keyboard and turned the screen 90 degrees. I texted Boris. While waiting to hear back from him, I called Micro Center in Yonkers where I purchased the computer. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes the guy who answered offered to answer my question -- for FORTY DOLLARS!!!!! He said they offer tech support for the first 90 days......

While waiting for him, I opened a Chat window on their site. "Alex" said hi, then I asked my question and he/she disappeared.

Needless to say, I will never buy a computer from Micro Center again.
