They are ok. On the phone they can be somewhat rude. As if they are in a hurry to get you off the phone. Inconsistent with price quotes. Sometimes it can work out to your favor. However i called to get a quote on labor cost for wheel bearings and tie rods. On the phone they said $200. By the time i got there to pick it up it was $150 MORE. When i asked why i was told i was misquoted. On the other hand i called to get brakes and rotors replaced they quoted me $95 an axle and was charged $65 an axle. They look in a book to get their estimates instead of something up to date like a computer or a ipad or something more accurate like that.

WARNING: NO-ONE in this shop is ASE certified, that being said. I took my truck in for ball joint repair and got it back with a busted brake line!
