Even though you are right next to the guy who calls himself service man, you ask a question you get no answer until he makes the story. They know how to take your money for nothing. Jim and his little wife steals your money by sending the same man twice for the same issue...They pay them to make the stories, very well trained how to lie. Trust me and make yourself a big favor DO NOT CALL THEM, look for someone else not in Pekin.

Great MECHANICAL company. They have great response time when you have breakdowns. What you need to realize is they are not a heating and cooling company although they can fix that as well, they are a mechanical company that focuses on commercial needs such as commerical kitchens, bars, etc..If you own a kitchen and have a breadown you can rely on JOHNSON MECHANICAL SERVICE INC. to show up quickly and resolve your problem. GREAT COMPANY! VERY PROFESIONAL!

The liars. Not mechanicals. They know how to make you call many times after their first visit. They worked on my new coolers, they mess it up big time, instead of telling me that it needed only a thermostat they took the friant out of it, left me short on that, when I called them back to come and refix it in 2 month they wanted me to pay them the travel time and adding to it the rate as well. I forgot all about them thieves, I called different ppl. from IA. they came and told me it needed only fiant.... it is working great now. The new ppl. told me that Johnson mechanical are the way they are. Liars. Do not call them, and do not waste your money. You work hard not to pay Johnson and their owner that lemon face little lady and little tim.

they'll show up if they were called, they fix your problem, as you heard before and I heard from someone, they destroy something else. They've done it to me 2 times. The funny thing, when they hand you the work order papers after they're done, you look at the time.....man,,,,....they are liars.... They taught their employees to lie to all and everyone. The service guys are like the manager and the owner, professional liars.

what ever happens to your furnice, coolers or anything, do not call them. They come to help you, you think, they fix something and destroy something else. They are very expensive and big liars. They never keep promises.

This company JOHNSON MECHANICAL SERVICE INC. 1820 Riverway Drive, Pekin, Illinois sent a serviceman to my house on 10/12/2009 and he was to repair my furnace.He checked my furnace and said he had to get a part for my furnace, and was gone about 1.5 hours which I was charged for this errand. He worked a total of approximately 1 hour, yet I was charged for a 2.75 hour service charge. I was informed if this fix didn't work to call him back and he would replace the computer,(or whatever)in the furnace.He left and I assumed he had fixed the problem. I got his bill and was charged $153.84 for parts and $206.25 for labor or $392.40 total with taxes, that comes to $206.25 per hour of work time.I got to use this repair for a total 4 hours and the unit quit again.Being on disability and a senior citizen, I can not afford this type of costs.I contacted Tazewood to see if they could help me out on these new repairs, and they sent out a representative the next day and he informed me that there wa
