When I came into the store, the owner of the business was working. I loved seeing that he was actually in the store selling beds. His daughter was also there training. I purchased a Latex Bliss queen set and absolutely love it! They worked with me beacuse I could afford it all at one time. And explained how the mattress covers are key to keeping your warranty valid and helps your mattress last longer! Very informative & knowledgeable. I will always get my furniture and bedding from the Mattress Doctor and recommend all of my friends and family to see you guys first! Thanks again!

BEST DECISION we made! Bought ourselves Pure Latex Bliss mattress set after reviewing and we sleep like we are floating! This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever splet on and is worth every penny! I wish I had bought it sooner, what was I waiting for? GO SEE PHIL! We love doing business with The Mattress Doctor. We have bought many times, furniture and mattresses for the kids and my Motherinlaw. Best prices and very nice people. They are all family and they treat us like family. Also really liked the Rocker recliner we got for a special at the Thanksgiving Sale it was free and it is comfortable for my Motherinlaw. Hey call me and I will tell you how I lose my $ 2,000 for a matress that is like a brick after they repair it , WOW they ack nice when they take your money but when thing go wrong well WE ARE ONLY REPS FOR THE MATRESS CO. SO SORRY BUT YOU OR OUT OF LUCK. pl call before shopping there. 309-353-7171. I hope no one has this happen to them.

This review has been looked at by the BBB and the customer's credit card company and we (Mattress Dr) were found to have acted correctly. The customer requested a mattress below $100.00 and not a penny more you can't really buy much of a mattress for that dollar amount, he "Ron's" biggest concern was to get this done for less then $100.00. I've been working in this industry for nearly 30 years even 20 years ago $100.00 was a border line purchase I tried to upgrade "ron" and have him pay the difference but they wanted an upgrade at no charge to them ????? Sorry the next mattress up was $40.00 more at our cost that was all I asked of them they refused. The Mattress Doctor sold us a mattress that was cheap to say the least. It was sold to us for an 11 yr old (that was present at time of the sale) and it had an apparent weight rating of up to 90 lbs. He even discussed this with the daughter. After finding that out, I went to discuss this matter with the salesman/owner. Prior to that my husband called and got a response of "you cant return it after its out of its plastic". When I was there he told me I was a liar, and that he had a feeling about us, and that I needed to leave. I was in shock and when I calmly asked what he was talking about he said "you need to leave right now, if I have to ask again I will call the police". If the salesman/owner wont even discuss the issue with you, it makes you wonder... Needless to say, I left never to return again. Buyers beware.
