Terrible service and food was bland.

I had the worse experience here. I've eaten at several Applebees and have always enjoyed their food and service. I was completely shocked to discover that the Pelham Applebees allows smoking. WTH?? Nobody wants to eat and smell someone elses smoke. The funny part is that the people who were smoking weren't eating. They just came in to smoke and socialize while 95% of the customers were eating and not smoking. It's sad that people would approve of this. I am glad that my city (Homewood) doesn't allow smoking in restaurants. I will never eat there again.
