I purchased a king size mattress from Sam's Club and this company delivered it. My home has a wide circular driveway which allows pulling in to directly to the front door then forward back onto the street. For some reason, the driver decided to turn around in my front yard which was soaked from rain. They left deep ruts in the yard and a mud trail down the driveway.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. JCPenny uses them for deliveries and their customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone and do not take accountability for their mistakes. They have a million excuses and there is no way they will be in business long with their bucket list of issues. My initial item was stolen. I had to reorder and guess what? I have been waiting over a month and I still do not have my item. They gave me a 4 hour delivery window, but did not have my complete address. Nothing was done to rectify or escalate my delivery. I was put back on the list for a third time as if I haven't been waiting long enough already. Needless to say this was a Christmas present for my 4 year old that has yet to arrive.

This company is terrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have my fitness equipment and I paid for a white glove service and they have had my equipment for 3 weeks and won't deliver it.

Horrible, Nightmare experience. They have no concept of customer service. They called and said they would deliever on Thursday and a hour later a different guy calls and says friday. The explanation was sorry. I live 15min away from the company and took 7days to recieve package. They made the whole process painful to the last second when the driver calls friday morning saying he is 45min away and 2 1/2 hours later he calls saying he is sorry he is now 20min away. No one answers the company phone to help me track down the missing driver and they have no company voicemail. This is the only review i have ever posted but i wanted everyone to know just how SORRY this company treats customers.

Worst company ever! They damaged my home with a very simple delivery of a bed and are impossible to deal with to correct the situation. I was told someone would follow-up with me but it has been weeks and still nothing! Can't get in touch with the person who is supposedly the one to handle damage. STAY AWAY and FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
