I've used Enterprise for many years, both personally and corporately, and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately, my latest experience at this Pelham location verifies why you should take their offer when they say that "we'll pick you up". I rented a car from this location, and parked my car where I was instructed by the staff member. I came back a day and a half later to find my car vandalized. My back window was shattered and the side of my car was hit with a blunt object. There are no cameras in the parking lot, and this location has a sign that they aren't responsible for vehicles parked there. All I received was an "I'm sorry". If you choose to use this location, my advice would be to let them pick you up, or shop elsewhere.
