Fast and friendly service. Did a great job inside and out. Pricing was comparable to other washes in town but they don't come close to the attention to detail Jons put into my GTI. Great job would highly recommend.

John's car wash

I have worked there before and things get sucked up or fall out of cars. John (the owner) does it put up with a thief and he will look at his camera to make sure. Cars go through 4 stages th first two take a good bit especially when people bring cars in that are nasty. If you are in a hurry and you are rushing people it's going to be a bad job. Now Hannah (the manager) has to deal with rude and unhappy customers and I personally would not be as nice as she is. If you want to call and scream and cuss like a baby go ahead but make sure you would be okay with someone doing it back. Hannah is patient and tries to help people but we washed cars we don't create miracles.

So rude

On a hot and sunny Thursday in summer I go to get my car washed and the kid tells me it's going to be a 30-45 min wait before they can get to my car. There are only two other cars being cleaned at this time and no one else waiting. I asked him if he was serious and he said 'yeah, there's only four of us here.' That is ridiculous and horrible customer service- how so you expect anyone to pay you to do your job when you won't even do it? I used to get my car washed here pretty regularly but they will never get my business again.

Do not take your vehicle here! They blatantly lied about throwing away personal items in my vehicle and when I asked for a refund (just a refund, not even full reimbursement for the items missing) they basically called me a liar and said that it was at the customer's risk to have any personal possessions in the vehicle at the time of it being washed/vacuumed. Do not take the risk. I'm just glad that I did not have anything more valuable in sight...

improve customer service

While the quality of the work was fine, I spent quite a bit of time waiting for my car to be called. I waited patiently, and waited and waited. They claim they did call my car's make/model. They were not busy, so I heard all the other cars but not mine? If you work there and see a person sitting there for over half an hour, maybe stop and ask, "what car are you waiting for?" Just seems like that would take little effort. Or maybe they don't like some people and don't want my money.... In this economy all businesses should do all they can to keep their customers.
