My wife and I had a Myer’s Comfort Specialist Service Technician, Christian, out at our home the evening of Wednesday, July 18. I suggest you do not let this technician into your home. He had an attitude when he first arrived. I told the technician it may be a high-pressure leak in one of the coils; that we had service done on the unit back in April. He said he had never heard of a high-pressure leak. I asked if he knew the difference between a low-pressure leak and a high-pressure leak; he said he did not. He was confrontational and unprofessional the entire time he was at our home. Finally, after asking him to leave three times, we had to threaten him to call the police department to get him to leave our property. I spoke to the manager the next morning, Brad. He seemed totally disinterested in the conduct and comments made by their employee. No apology offered. We will no longer be doing business with Myer’s Electric. Be careful if you choose to use them the future.

Mayer Electric has been around for as long as I can remember. They have a very knowledgable staff and have some of the Nicest Lighting in the Birmingham Area.
