Quality Plus is exceptional!

Quality Plus is exceptional! They work with almost every type of insurance and our sales guy is second to none. Our office near the Brookwood Medical Center has been using this place exclusively for more than a year and we would not consider another. We use them for oxygen, nebulizers, wheelchairs, beds and the list goes on. We highly reccommend Qualtiy Plus Medical.

Staff that I interacted with was rude and unprofessional. Promised MANY return phone calls by owner and a billing person on several occasions, but never received returned calls. Left messages for personnel with no response. Billing person even hung the phone up on me while I was trying to obtain information about the status of an order that had been placed. Just prior to his hanging up on me, he informed me that I could go to CVS to purchase the supplies that I needed.



Found excellent customer service through an alternative provider.
