I can't begin to say how pleased I am with my new vehicle. Not only was Rich "the owner " helpful I couldn't believe how kind he was. While I was in the process of buying my new car my car that I owned broke down and I called him just to ask if he knew where I should have it towed . Not only did he send a tow truck to get my car he also let me borrow his own personal vehicle in the mean time . I'm so happy with my new vehicle and if I ever have any questions or concerns he is always available to help . I have since referred family & friends to him . To read the rewind above it sounds to me that that person may have been a little over sensitive but , everyone has different opinions and that's what makes the world go around. I'm just happy to be able to share my positive experience at Daggett's Automotive and I will continue to do business there .

I'd rather not give any stars but the minimal is 1 star. This place is a rip off. I bought a truck from him and almost 2 months later I still haven't gotten it, test drive it or even sat in it. He keeps giving lines of in 2 days I'll have the new battery, in 2 days I'll have the sensor for the passenger door, in 2 days this and that and little by little it's been almost 2 months and still no BMW X3 or no money back. Mind you before I bought this truck, he was selling me an ML350 and after he offered me the truck at a certain price, he sold that from under me. But because I'm pregnant and a female, he called to "help me out" and this has been the worse ride of my life. To add to the matter, an acquaintance of mine just informed me she too had an issue with a navigator she bought off the same guy, wouldn't pass inspection and needed work after work. Informing the BBB isn't worth the aggravation. Calling the Pelham police feels like a waste of time. Over $10,000.00 in debt over a vehicle I haven't received and no government agency seems to be able to help or put this guy out of business.



That Mr. Nice Guy on his face is making me not want to continue going to his shop to hear how else he can scam me.



I'm tired of the run around, I physically can't keep up with this fight and if this means the credit I'm trying to repair will go back to bad credit because I can't keep paying on this truck I don't have...I guess that's a huge hit is rather take.
