Provided by YPmobileAlthough the hairstylist was nice and very talkative ...it did not win me over. I found when I called to book an appointment it was not warm. It felt cold. I bought a groupon offer and figured since they are local .....I would just go with it. When I walked in the hairstylist open the door for me. I thought that was nice but from then on the experienced rolled down the hill. The place was messy!!! All their belongings were out to show piled up behind the counter and most of it at the stations. Very dusty and hair everywhere. The decor was like walking into a flea market. I feel bad saying it that way but I speak the truth. It really looked like a discount salon. Hey I am all for a deal but the experience too. They hardly don't have any products to sell. I believe it was a small shelf of stuff. I have seen much better at salon schools. They have rooms in the back for massages. I did not have one but my first impression was sour. There are no doors just curtains. Again the decor was not thought through and you do not at all feel the spa feel you normally get. Honestly this place should not be called a spa. Not sure if behind the busted curtain there is a whole new world but my gut thinks not. Christmas lights with a wreath vine is still up. I asked about it and she said yeah and laughed. But that was nothing compare to the mess. I am just shocked that they do not see that as a bad first impression especially with new customers coming in from Groupon. Granted I only went in for a wash, blow dry, and brow wax. I decided not to get a hair cut due to my gut saying no! The wash was a normal wash. They do the brow wax there at the sink. It was not the best wax but I did not care at that point. The wax got in my hair but thank god it was not a lot. The blow dry was a little strange of how she did it. Normally in a blow dry... One blows out the hair evenly and drys it out before flat iron but it remain still damped when the flat iron was used. Anyways the blow dry was not so bad. Not as straight as I normally wear it but she was nice. When I went to tip she checked me out. There is no receptionist. I tipped her and left. Also just a note. Since the salon feels so empty with office lighting. The room echoes. I can only imagine getting a massage sounds like when the salon is loud. My stylist's voice carried. Also no music was playing at all in the salon. I just think they need an updated salon and new rules. My guess is that there must be like four owners and they all share this place to do their work and come together with deals but not talk about the environment. If you want a good deal and not the experience then this is fine but its just not worth it if you are looking to relax and feel clean.

Provided by YP.comDon't go there. Had partial foil done and it turned my hair white. Had to go to professional to fix it. They used Simply Smooth Keratin Xtend (a leave-in product) and tried to pass it off as Keratin Express. I use the same product every day at home. Just happened to have the same bottle.
