I bought a Giant road bike and was very pleased with all the help I recieved

Girlfriend brought in her son's mtn bike to replace the chain after I'd purchased a brand new derailleur for him. They charged her for the chain, and the labor as well as a tune up.

The boy rode the bike for 10 mins before trying to change the gears and the brand new chain kinked and wedged so badly both required replacement. They obviously never "tuned" the bike as they charged her for.

We brought the bike back the very next day. Despite reading him the riot act, the owner, who by the way is an obnoxious puny little excuse of a man outright refused to make good on the repairs.

We wound up having to bring it to Fast Bikes, Inc in New Rochelle and once again pay for a chain, derailleur and the labor to fix the bike.

They did a great job and explained our friends at Pelham bikes should have replaced the cartridge along with the chain, as well as check the gears were properly dialed in before leaving the shop.

Beware doing any business with this man.
