Prior to bringing my car in for repair I spoke with these people to make sure they had the proper computer code reader and certifications to fix my cars problem. after costing me $840 and 7 times back to them because the same problem persisted, not to mention them having my car tied up for 4months, the same problems is still there. I was told by VO automotive that they would no longer work on my car and would not refund any monies spent on this car. My car still has the problem and I'm out $840. I will be refer this matter to the SC division of consumer affairs and seek legal council.

I had a diagnostic test done on my car. Because when I put the key in the ignition it wouldn't start up right away. I had to crank it up 2 or 3 times before it would start. I was told it was a fuel pump concern. I was skeptical because from my experience I thought it would have been the alternator or starter. I took it to the dealership and the problem they found was in fact a dead cell in the battery. I called to see what the owner had to say about it. I was told well what you want me to do about it. I was appalled by the response I expected to be told I will refund your money at the least an apology. Instead I was told well I don’t know what you want me to do. I was mislead to believe that their test would have found the problem when in fact it didn't. I'm not a mechanic but if the battery was the issue then their test should have indicated so. I don't deal with unethical businesses like this that try to scam a woman or anyone for that matter out of money and diagnosing a problem that didn't exist at my expense. It's bad business not to mention bad customer service. I know were in a recession but if this is what my $48 charge had to keep them afloat then God bless them. Taking advantage of customers to pay their bills is dishonorable. I will never ever do business with this company. I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint about this issue I don't know what test they did on my car but from what I understand it should have found the initial problem with my vehicle! Treat people sincerely…
