I recently had a bad expierience at a Pell City Salon. The owners friends were hanging out and distracting her so much that my hair came 2nd.. I was butchered by one of the largest salons in town. I needed help fast so I took a friends advice and went to Diane's. My friend said Sandi could help me if anyone could. She made me feel better and started to work. When she was finished I was so happy! The atmosphere was so friendly and MY hair came first. I found out that all the girls here have been doing hair all their lives. If you want a friendly place to have your hair styled and cut but you want YOUR hair to come first go to DIANE'S and ask for SANDI.

Exceptional - I also took a photo and April duplicated very nicely. Very nice atmosphere and no hard sales like other 'chains'. I highly recommend to others.

I took a picture to Diane and asked her to duplicate the cut. She did it spot on. She has just acquired a new regular customer.

I moved to the Pell City area almost a year ago. I didn't know very many people when I moved here but I moved here and started using Diane's to get my hair cut and to tan. Everyone that works at Diane's are my very close friends. Not only do I go there to get my hair done my eye brows waxed and to tan I also go there to see my closest friends. It is a very clean and friendly place. I would suggest if you are looking for a good place to get your hair done try Diane's.
