A pretty good dealership by Ford's standards. Other Ford dealerships in this area (Greater Birmingham) should model their service department after this one. Not saying that these guys are the most competent mechanics out there, just that they are reasonably intelligent which is a breath of fresh air. The manager, Doug, is a pleasure to deal with. Used cars are eye Waaaaaaaaaaayyyyy overpriced at this dealership.
