After having my brother come in repeatedly to fill out paperwork, they decided to tell him at his next appointment that as an agency they could not help him due to his record. I called to discuss the situation and the lady on the phone said that all the companies they work with have guidelines that they have to follow, which I understand. However, he was honest about his past from the first and if they already knew all their companies would have a problem with that then why didn't they says so from the first. The lady was rude, dismissive, clearly judgmental, and offered the most insincere apology I have heard in a very long time. Asi should consider the people who represent them more carefully. If your company is going to offer a service to the community, then employees that represent you should have strong communication and customer service skills not just the ability to perform basic job functions. Asi wasted my brothers time, tearing him down when he already lacked confidence!
