We moved back to michigan in 2013 and our pets have been going here since. They are friendly and respectfull to me and my pets. Recently my cat had a little of kittens and one appeared to be having difficulty breathing. They were able to squeeze in my kitty and check her over. They didn't candy coat possible outcomes but remained optimistic and treated her for the lesser problem to start. I was thankful that they could help on short notice. The vet even told me to call after hours if we needed more assistance.

Always a reliable place to take my cat. They've saved her life at least on one occasion. Very friendly folks. Very smart and professional vets who truly care about our pets.

Dr. Holly and her staff go out of their way to care not only for animals but the owner too. I had to put one of my dogs down recently and they were very accommodating. They called to check on us and our other dog. Great place!

I dont even want to give this business one star. I called them today due to an emergency. My dog Bella and her puppies would have died without seeing a vet. Because of the severity of this winter several things came up and I could not fully pay today. Not only did they refuse to see her but they called me back to say that if I surrendered Bella and all the puppies little traverse bay humane society would pay for it. They are terrible terrible people who would rather let an animal die than risk not getting their money
