My rear bumper was damaged in an accident so I stopped by Pembroke Collision to schedule my vehicle for repair. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed with their customer service. Amy was extremely helpful and explained how long the repair should take and even arranged for a rental car to be ready for me at Pembroke Collision on the day I dropped off my car. Once they began work on my car, they found more damage than originally identified and contacted the insurance adjustor directly. I did not have to get involved at all. Amy kept in regular contact and updated me on the progress with my car. And as promised, my car was repaired and ready in 10 days. Pembroke Collision did a wonderful job repairing my car. I can honestly say that my experience with Pembroke Collision was extremely positive and completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend Pembroke Collision.

After my car was rearended I called many different shops trying to find the best price and least amount of waiting time on the repair. Most shops quoted me at least 2 weeks. After calling Pembroke Collision and bringing it down the owner, Ben Bastianelli, quoted me at 1 week and $500 less than the 4 previous shops. Not only did I get it back on time, I got it back 2 days less than he originally quoted me at. That, and, when he noticed some unrelated damage to the hood of the car (dent) he fixed that as well as (even painted the entire hood), and at no additional cost to me or my insurance company. When I offered to pay him for it, he refused. I can't speak highly enough of not only the service but the workmanship as well. In these economic times you really have to be weary about being overcharged for things you don't need. Well, you don't have to be weary with this shop. He absolutely has my trust and respect and I would refer him to anyone.

I will definitely return for repairs on my vehichle. I received prompt service, a very resonable price, and my car look excellent after repairs (Just like new). I've had a few bad experiences at other body work shops so i'm so glad I found a place that I can trust my car with. Would absolutely recommend Pembroke Collision!

had my new bmw repaired at pembroke collision the repair's were done quick an the car looked unbeliveable!!!! i will never go anywere else for repairs!!!!!
