Mr. Brooks went above and beyond to handle a speeding ticket. This firm was suggested one week before the court date. He gave me his game plan and followed through with winning results. The ticket was dismissed by the D.A.. I will use their services again.

Recently I moved from to Massachusetts. When I applied to change my drivers license over I was told I had to contact the DMV in North Carolina as there was a hold on my license there. When I contacted them I was informed that I had an outstanding speeding ticket from 17 years ago that I didn’t know existed. I was immediately concerned that this was going to be difficult to resolve being that I lived out of state and had no way of researching attorneys other than searching through the internet. I spoke with a couple of different firms but when I spoke with Attorney Brooks I was impressed with the speed at which he returned my call & and his confidence that he could resolve this for me quickly and cos effectively. Within a week he was able to get my case dismissed and provide me with a signed statement from the District Attorney that my case has been dismissed.
