I've been going to Pellerin Motors since they opened. The guys are very nice and explain things in a non-condescending way (which is refreshing for a female client). My former car (a 2001 Pontiac Montana) needed mostly minor work in it's life. But, last January I acquired a 2001 Toyota Corolla through a private sale. It's been to see the guys at Pellerin a few times. I was always treated fairly and they were able to get me in quickly.

Monday I came out to find a flat tire due to a large screw in the tire. I was able to put some air in with my little air compressor and get down the street to BP/Pellerin. Brandon was there, and when I told him I was having a rough week ( the tire wasn't the only death in my family this week) and needed a hug, he opened his arms. You don't get that from just any mechanic... Thankfully I had a fairly new unrimmed tire in my trunk (no spare or jack, thanks seller!) and Brandon mounted, balanced, and switched my tires. I was out of there in 10 minutes and off to meet with friends to talk about upcoming memorial services.

I was touched by his kindness and generosity, and moved to tears. I was also moved to find a place to write a positive review. Thanks to all the guys down at Pellerin who make me feel more like family than a client!!!
