Great teacher with love and patience for kids. We have seen progress and more confidence when swimming in our girl. Very happy with results, 100% recommend!

Our son started taking swimming lessons with Yoaska when he was 9 months old, after his pediatrician recommended that he start lessons as soon as possible to begin learning life-saving “water safety” swimming skills. We started with 10 lessons, and have already signed him up for another 10. We have seen positive results in a short period of time, and are proud of the progress our son has made thanks to his lessons with Yoaska. We feel that she tailors each lesson to our son’s abilities, and knows how to appropriately challenge him to learn new skills while at the same time letting him relax, have fun, and enjoy being in the water. She interacts great with our son, and always make a point to communicate to him what she is going to do before she actually does it, and then praises him for his efforts. We appreciate the time she takes to explain to my husband and I what her goals might be for a particular lesson, or the progress he is making, etc. Yaoska is an excellent swimming instructor.

My 4 year old began swim lessons with Yaoska in March 2018. We started with 10 classes and we are now up to 30 because it's been amazing. Paying for these swim classes has been the BEST INVESTMENT in my daughters safety. Absolutely worth it. Yaoska is great with kids! She's demanding but loving, she knows when to push and when to let them relax and have fun and she is so incredibly patient with them; all a great combination for success! When my daughter started, she could not swim at all. She was afraid to jump in the pool, she never open her eyes or put her head underwater. The first 3-4 classes were a bit challenging as my daughter learned to trust her teacher. My daughter was a bit anxious, a little stressed, she cried a few times but now she's swimming like a little fish. She jumps in the pool, she can swim alone from one end to the other, she's able to float, get out of the pool, open her eyes underwater, she will dive for rings, but most importantly, she is no longer afraid, she's confident and she is SAFE and it's all because of Yaoska! Like I said before, WORTH EVERY MOMENT AND EVERY PENNY! I am extremely pleased!

Yaoska has an amazing ability to inspire little ones to not only learn how to swim, but also enjoy and look forward to learning. My three year old made great progress in his first week and continues to improve his water survival skills after each lesson. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in hiring a top-notch swim instructor.
