Do not bring your car here for repairs. Waited 2 months to get my car back. I got a call stating that my car was ready after 7 weeks, I went to inspect the car and the repair was completely unacceptable! The door that was to be repaired/replaced was in worse condition than before the accident (looked like it was beaten with a hammer) completely wavy, there was compound residue everywhere and paint drips around the rear light. They said they would take care of it and I was called back a week later to find that nothing had been done!!! Looked exactly the same as before. I was finally able to convince them that the repair was unsatisfactory and they ordered a whole new door. When I came in for the final inspection the car was delivered to me completely filthy with swirl marks everywhere and it looked as tho they wiped it down with a dirty rag :\ I argued that this was not the way to present a car to a customer and the body shop manager said to me if I wanted a perfect job and a cleaned car I should have taken it to a high end repair shop.... WTH!!! I thought this was a high end repair shop? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHOP!!!! Completely unprofessional collision center that might as well be a chop shop the way they treat customers.
