would not recommend this place at all. The back office staff is very rude, hardly acknowledging the patients standing in the window. They are very disorganized. They scheduling is totally random and changes with no notice. The facility is filthy. The therapists are flat and unenthusiastic about helping patients. The place is in a constant state of utter chaos and I don't see how children can focus in that type of atmosphere. I wish I had read all of the reviews before taking my child to this place. I chose it based on the proximity to my home but now we are looking for a new therapist and I will definitely check the reviews from now on. The whole ordeal has been a complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor and find another place to help your child.

My son needed speech therapy since age 2. For six long years he received therapy in Tampa and then Miami, with no noticeable progress. I was loosing all hope until I found Bi-County. What my son needed was an expert, capable, loving pathologist, and Stephanie is the best. She made a world of difference in our lives, and we can finally understand what he wants to say. We highly recommend Stephanie and her team, and we'll always thank her for changing my son's life.

My daughter has been going to Bi-County Speech Pathology since she was two years old. Four years later, she has made major improvements and has continued to thrive, thanks to the kind and dedicated staff at Bi-County. We are grateful for Bi-County's utmost commitment to support individuals with disabilities. The owner of Bi-County, Stephanie Gilfarb, offers her patients moral support at IEP meetings and her strong will and vast knowledge has given us 100% positive reinforcement. I highly recommend this outstanding facility to all of my peers and will continue to do so. At Bi-County we are a family, not just a number!
