Went there once and never again. Did work on my generator I did not authorize and then tried to charge me for it.

This place is the worst place I have ever had my lawn mower serviced at. For starters, they kept my mower for over a month, and didn't even bother to call and give me status on the progress of the repairs. When I called to inquire on the ETA, the staff there were extremely rude, and dismissed me and told me they had been really busy. Second, when they finally did call, and I came to pick up the mower, it was incorrectly diagnosed, and was worse than when it arrived. It was a total disappointment, because I had already recommend this place to friends and family. That was quickly taken care of. I gave one star because, there was no negative star ratings. Do yourself a favor and never step foot in this place.

promised to have generator next day and did get until 5 days later. 9 to 5 company. dosen't work late for anyone. change parts that where not needed.

Totally disappointed. Brought my lawn mower to have it serviced and blade replaced. They didn't have the blade size so they rigged a 26" to 20"! Once I used my mower I could tell something was not right, cuttings and how it ran! They even admitted it was rigged! How can I trust them again.

Used to be one of the best place to take your mower. WOW have times have change. They are a bunch of THIEVES, I needed a new throttle cable, left mower there. Next thing l know they rebuild my carb,change my blade and spark plug. Got NO call at all about this extra work. the part that really piss me off was that the blade and spark plug were install by me not even 3 months ago. A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!! go any other place, Don't get ripped off like me.

HORRIBLE RIP OFF. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY !!! Just like the other reviews, this guy is horrible in every way. The blower that he "repaired' for $80 would die after 45 seconds. When shown in the parking lot after paying him, he said that it was the best he could get it and that there is no refund or discount. He became instantly angry and aggressive. This guy needs to go back to prison. What a scumbag. I will never go back there, ever, for any reason. Stay Away !!!

I don't know what the problem with some people shops don't work for free ive had several items there yeah its allways a carb rebuld even thoe theres no rebuldable stuff in a carb like I said we all got to make a living enyways ive never had a bad experance with this shop like the other shops ive been to I drop it off they get it running they give me a price I pay the bill they did what I wanted what they say thay would im happy ill continue to do buss with them even if I had a bad time ill still do buss with them I love therer work and attitude like I said I don't care what it cost as long as it gets done and it allways dose sweet nobody works for free

A total SNAKE PIT watch out people, My friend and fellow lawn dog swore by this place said they will treat me right WRONG I will never do business with these people again it is sad that someone can blatantly rip you off and just keep getting away with it, they know exactly whats wrong with your equipment but they will suck you dry TICKS these people are MY one star would fit nice up their ............

I am sorry that I didn't read ythe previous reviews before I went into the store. I was recommnended by one of their former customers because they were close to his house. The first time i went there Jeff treated me very professional and I decided to bring them other works. The wait and excuses were exactly as the previous reviews.

I took my chain saw to be fixed because I couldn't get it to work. They charged $50. to repair iT and after several attempts to get it to start, I took it back to the shop. After a little while a very irate Bruce came into the showroom insulting my i ntelligence saying that I first have to turn the machine on, when just to choke the ,machine it has to be turned on, also he said he was not an operator. This experience was very unprofessional, not in accord with the high prices they charge. NOT RECOMMNENDED. AVOID THIS PLACE EVEN THOUGH THEY BOAST ABOUT BEING BUSY.

I brought my pressure washer (under warranty) because the pump no longer provided pressure. I dropped it at the store on March 3rd 2012, have been waiting for 5 days with no sign from them so I decided to call. The owner told me he did not submitt the repair order to Troy-bilt because he could not find the model and serial number (I thought first he was joking), 27 years experience and he could not find the model and serial number!!! Then he called me back the same day telling me he did submitt the warranty repair and it was approved, also that he would get the pump on Monday 12 or Tuesday 13 (March) and replace it. I called today Wednesday, March 14th to check if the repair was done : the girl I talked to told me my warranty repair approval was still pending !!! that means that watever I was told before by the owner were lies and only lies !!! I am not done with this store yet but would certainly not recommend it.
