They will not send you your orders or complete orders! Don't waste your time. I spent $500 on gifts for the holiday in their drop shop and received incomplete items and missing orders all together. The support ppl are located out of country who don't read or speak English and respond with autogenerated emails that make no sense or has nothing to do with the reasons you wrote in. There is absolutely no way to reach these ppl so your left frustrated with no choice but to do a chargeback on your credit card or take em to court at worst! Their monthly subscribers are their bread and butter but if you spend in their shop any amount over $20 than good luck trying to get what you paid for! They do not care! I have 2 months of pop up and drop shop orders missing or incomplete and the support have no clue no matter how many photos you show them or how many times you ask for management. 25 emails and 2 months later I'm still here with nothing and not a single issue handled!!!! So sad!!!
