Bad experience last two visits there. Would not recommend. They are quick to get you in as a new patient, but also quick to provide bad service and care after they have already billed your insurance. Dr. Stearns favorite line is "I don't know" and her service says she also dosen't care. Her front desk person, Lourdes, is extremely unprofessional and has a poor attitude. The doctor and Lourdes set the negative tone of the rest of the office.

It is unfortunate they are in healthcare. I would never recommend Dr. Stearns.

I urge you to find a different doctor that truely cares and respects their patients.
