I am the owner of this business and in response to the previous review I would like to say that I am extrememly accomodative to all of my customers, especially if they aren't pleased with the end result. It is very rare that something should occur and if so, I have always been curtious with complimentary services. I am extending a complimentary cleaning for you if you feel you would like to drop in and I hope you will. I can assure you I make it my duty to approach brows cautiously removing the least of what is necessary to achieve a full thick shape.

However, I find it odd that a brow review was also left on my competitors business listing the very same day as the previous review was left on mine. I take client happiness very seriously and if your unhappiness was expressed to me I can assure you that I would have not charged your for your service.

I was recommended by my friend Lisa and was looking forward to a great eyebrow experience. I was quite disappointed when i walked into this eyebrow place. I was suprised at the good reviews for Jahan, I had a horrible time and she was very rude. I wanted my eyebrows arched but not to thin and the girl was not able to give me the shape I wanted. She thinned out my brows so much and my eyebrows were uneven. Then she offered to pencil them in for me, no thanks, i shouldn't have to pencil my brows in I have enough hair. Anyhow even though I was obviously not happy, she insisted I pay and that next time she will do them right. Sorry there wont be a next time. It has been 3 months and my eyebrows still haven't grown in right. Very unhappy :(

Most places rush you in and out like cattle, Jehan takes the time to inquire about your concerns and goals for your eyebrows. She is gentle and consistent. I definitely recommend her to EVERYONE! You will not be disappointed! Only $6 to try her out AMAZING!!!
