Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! Horrible staff!!! The dr Laura is great but I can not deal with the staff the hold time just to make an appointment... it's ridiculous. Only one star for the dr but not worth getting the horrible service reviews here. I am definelty leaving this office after almost 2 years of being here sad to say.

The staff is really bad...... they only answer phones when is to make an appointment, they never call back, they dont return emails....

I have worked in The medical field for a Long time and this is one of the worst experience I have come across with the exception of the staff they are nice and professional but Dr. Monica Daniels who My office has referred plenty of patients to which I now regret. She is not professional at all , Y? well when a patient is referred to her because they are in a lot of pain and has abnormal results and the patient is told to come in and then she tells her staff to "tell that lady I can't see her I'm to busy" out loud, and you push her away that's not right and the lobby was empty only that patient was there waiting and heard her and mind you she had personally spoken to a doctor and said to tell the patient to go and see her smh...

Great Doctors! However, it has the WORST service as far as billing questions and waiting for a call back. Average wait for a call back is a week, if you even get one! I am outraged!!!
