This place has the absolute worst customer service in the entire mall. The people behind the counter are rude and incompetent. The soft serve is rarely ready, and when it is, it's runny, literally leaking from the bottom of the cone BEFORE the cone is even handed to the customer. But don't worry, as the rude boy working there pointed out, "that's what napkins are for." Save yourself time, trouble, and probable indigestion- just get a cone at McDonalds for a fifth of the price. The people behind the counter at Hagen Daz will thank you for taking your business elsewhere.
