Nearly 20 days later and I still don't have the hair I ordered. I try to support small businesses, but Joana lacks professionalism. Ladies, ordering cheap may seem appealing, but reputable companies always deliver drama-free. I'll stick with herimports.

Absolutely the WORSE hair I've ever had in my life! Sheds NONSTOP! NEVER MIND THE FACT THAT 3 BUNDLES DOESNT EVEN LOOK LIKE A FULL PONYTAIL. This business doesn't deserve a single star
