A boy named Raysean Harley does smartphone, iPhone, and cellphone repairs on the inside of this barbershop. He also claims to "sell" phones. I paid him $430.95 using the app "Popmoney" to purchase an iPhone 5S. After receiving the payment he completely shut down all contact with me and scammed me out of my money and an iPhone 5S. I continually tried to contact him by phone and many other ways asking for a tracking number of my shipment but he again avoided all contact. All I ask is that people be aware of this person, his business and that he gets shut down. He uses Instagram to display his "work" @iphone_repair_
