My family and I have been coming here for years. The service was a horrible. We were not greeted nor asked what we wanted to drink. The waitress disappears and is not attentive. When the food came out it was cold and had a underdone taste of chemicals like the rice was no properly washed or the plates. We expressed our concerns to be degraded by the manger. He did not apologize but continued to insult us that the food was fine. They brought back new food for only two of the four people that asked for new food. The manger brought back the plate and said “it’s organic no chemicals now” to add more an insult. Will not ever be returning here. Do not waste your time nor money.

I was not feeling well and needed some chicken soup. I ordered a large soup and OMG...! It was delicious. I actually found this place by chance. They have more or less the same exact menu as El Rinconcito Latino, but the food is a little better and a little cheaper.

El servicio fue de primera, muy atentos y serviciales y el desayuno muy rico. El lugar esta muy limpio y lo recomiendo a todos!

Excellent Food and Amazing Service. The Manager walked and greeted everyone. It had good music and it was very clean. I recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic food and service! The manager even visited the tables. The food was amazing; it is authentic Cuban food. Its a casual everyday restaurant, cozy and family oriented. I highly recommend this Latin American Grill, located in Pembroke Pines.

On weekends when it gets full..the manager Andrew does not know how.to.sit people. .he even asks the customers who is first lol..cafe con leche cold and toast cold as well...
