Purchase mattress set on 2/14. Set was to be delivered next day between 1-4. Wife and I ran some morning errands and came home at noon to find mattress set on our patio!/ Called store who said they "would take care of it" (sales speak for how can I get this guy off the phone). I never received any return calls and was could only speak to manager when I called store. My wife (who has arthritis in shoulder) and I brought in the mattress and set it up. The old one is still outside waiting to be picked up (perhaps, no word from store). I will bring old set into garage in interim so City of Pembroke Pines does not cite me for having it out front and place it curbside on bulk pick up day. Because of the store's poor customer service, we will not return and we recommend that you look elsewhere as well.
