WORST PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING! We purchased a King Size mattress and box springs and scheduled a delivery date. Then a day later we get a call saying they don't have it in stock and it will be a few days before they get it in. When they finally delivered it to our home a few days later the mattress started collapsing on one side! We got the total run around and was told that they would have to pick up the mattress before any refund could begin (sounds reasonable, right?) except they wouldn't pick it up!!!! We waited all day for the so called scheduled pick up and no one called or came! From that point they didn't even take our calls. (caller ID most likely) We finally got in touch with our credit card company to get a refund. That was the only way! Never give these people cash or go through their financing. Too risky! Makes me wonder what they do with the old mattresses that they take away upon delivery!

Don't trust them.



The sales person we spoke with said our bed would be delivered the next day. Then when he sat down to do billing he said something about "if they have it" and then corrected himself saying, "oh yeah, they said they did." He then asked for all our phone numbers "in case there is a problem or they don't have it." I should've known then he was lying just to make a sale.



Needless to say the next day came and no mattress. Called them up and got an excuse that they only had one (total in all stores and warehouses) and that it was damaged and now I have to wait an additional 3 or 4 days to "maybe" get it.



Buy somewhere else.z
