Provided by YPmobileWe were quoted a 369 price for catalytic converter universal fit. Wife dropped off car. After an hour of trying to upsell oil change and brake job, she was giving a confusing scare tactic involving 3 converters needed for this honda. No thanks, want the universal fit. Pick car up, 900$, claims universal wouldnt work. BS. Claims she was told. BS. Claims she was shown new price. BS. Might as well go to a ur dealer. Thats my advice to you. Run, dont walk, away from these people.

Provided by YP.comThese people are thieves, when I took my car in for an oil change they tried to sell me new brakes at $180. When I refused they got mad and were rude. The next day I realized that a skill saw that my husband had in the trunk of my car worth $250 was gone. These people actually stoled it, i will be filing a police report today against them. i will never go back there again and will make sure i tell everyone i know.

Provided by YP.comAfter two years taking my car to this place for maintenance, I found out they had been recommending me to do services to my car such as changing the tires, replacing parts, etc that where not necessary at all at the moment.
I am extremely disappointed at the fact that I trusted this people and they lied to me and made me spend way more money than I had to.
The worst case was when they said I had to replace a part on the wheel suspension that (they priced at $1100), I took the car to another mechanic and he said that I could sill wait for another year before having to change that part. Midas told me that I had less than a month to change it.
I'm VERY disappointed and I don't recommend this company

Provided by YP.comWhile visiting from Phoenix my husband called ahead of time to find out how much an oil change was. The man said it was 34 dollars and included a tire rotation. My husband went straight over, they changed his oil and then charged $50!!! When my husband tried to remind him that prior to the oil change they said it would be 34 the man said sorry that's what the price is now. If you do go, decide on a price and get a receipt before they do anything to your car.
I am sorry that you feel that way. Our company policy is to be honest with all customers, and being called a LIAR is tough to swallow. I apologize for not charging the axact $34 dollars you were quoted on the phone call. Please understand that there are different grade of oil and many car's require a different grade whihc may be mroe costly. Also each car has a different oil capacity. So there are many variables which go into the price of an oil change. The standard price was $34.99. In addition to this, you must add State taxes,as well as disposal fee's for the used/burnt oil, and disposal fee for the old/used oil filter. Also, if you vehicle takes more than the standard 5 quarts of oil it is an additional $2.89/quart of oil. I hope these reasons help you understand why the final price may not have been exactly as you were quoted on the phone. It has always been comapny policy to have the customer's signature approval before we begin work on any vehicle, the signature approval is next to the final price of all services including all taxes and fees. Nonetheless, this will be brought up to all shop management in attempts to avoid this from happening again in the future. Thank you for you review.
