I should not even give a Star. This so called Dentist, scares people away. He didn't even checked my mouth, he only saw the X rays and said, he has been giving bad news to all his patients. And asked why I was there for? Then I told him about my check up and cleaning and he said he wasn't going to do it. That he didn't have to tell me what was to be done in my mouth, that I needed surgery and bone replacement over a broken tooth. And I needed to fix another one. And made it sound like if it was something drastic. Please avoid going to this place. No Dentist should diagnose without giving you a contact check up, just because he thinks is a waste of time, it is your teeth that are at risk. On top of it, he has been doing Deep Cleanings to patients, and he even told me, I needed one, when he didn't even checked my mouth. I stood up and left. Didn't let him finish.

After months of not knowing what happened to my regular dentist and being past due for a cleaning I had to find a new dentist. Then I got a letter saying he had purchased my old dentist's practice. Since I already had a new dentist, I called the office to have the records transferred. They wanted a $25 payment to do so. Under the circumstances that is absurd.
