Received a recall notice from Ford. Contacted the dealership service department as instructed in the recall notice to make an appointment for inspection of the recall issue. The appointment was made with the scheduler for a 7am appointment that was described as a 'quick check' to inspect and to determine if a problem is present. After waiting for almost 1 hour checked to find that the "mechanic" that conducts these inspections does not even come to work until 8am. After discussing this issue with the Service Manager, he indicates that he will see if he can get someone to complete the inspection right away. Shortly he returns to explain that although the "mechanic" referenced earlier is the best to make the inspection, really any of the other mechanics could have completed the inspection. Further the recall was simply an inspection to insure that a previous recall had been corrected properly. In any event this does not reflect very good customer care or consideration of the customer.

Inquired about a car on the web. Got responses from several dealers but only the Ford at Pines Blvd were straightforward and provided me with the information I needed. When I arrived I was greeted by the Internet Manager and introduced to the General Manager. Other dealers didn't even bother to call and the two that called wouldn't give me a price. I will be buying at Pines from now on

Salesman insisted I take a car home that night which I was only mildly interested in. When I brought the car back and told them I didn't want the car the Salesman says they no longer had my trade in. I hadn't even provided the title yet and it was within 72 hours. Manager never called me back. Now I'm stuck with a Ford I don't even want or like!!!!
