Best experience ever !! I am pleased and impressed with the new management. Customer service was great very professional the lady was very helpful and courteous i took my very expensive gown that had a nasty stain they were able to remove it left my gown as if i just purchased it from the store. I am very content i really recommend this cleaners best so far.

my experience in this drycleaners been really good since the new owner took over. Great customer service my clothes is always on time you cannot beat the price 20% off every time you prepay I am satisfied customer.

This drycleaners has the best service and if anyone and their senior citizen parents dnt like it dn not bother going there. The owner is a very nice man always giving everyone a discount. Clothes that are washed here come out like new. If anyone asks I would always recommend this drycleaners.

My father, since moving to pembroke pines four years ago, has been using this dry cleaners. He had arranged with the owner for a lower price if he prepaid and brought the hangers back. As a senior citizen every penny counts. Yesterday I brought in 17 shirts for him and they overcharged him $.50 per shirt. No big deal for those who don't watch their pennies but for those who have to $8.50 is a lot of money. He called the store back to talk to them and the girl who helped me refused to speak to my dad. He heard several of the employees laughing and making jokes about him while he was on the phone with them, refusing to correct this issue, and refused to give him the phone number for the Miramar store so he could speak with the owner. Total lack of good judgement, concern for their customers, as well as disrespectful behaviors.
