Only reason I gave this busine...

Only reason I gave this business 1 star was because I couldn't submit the review without giving it some sort of score. While this facility puts on a facade of being a caring, nurturing place for our children, it isn't. How can it be when the turnover rate on their teachers is so high? Every week they are losing teachers and having to hire other ones. My daughter learned nothing in her time there, but to say her letter sounds incorrectly because the teacher that has remained has a very strong accent. This is proof that the proper training hasn't been provided to their staff to ensure that the children are receiving proper instruction. My daughter basically unlearned the things that she already knew in the time she was there. The owner boasts of being accredited, but it leaves you to wonder how in the world they are receiving this NAEYC accreditation. To add insult to injury, they do not follow the correct procedure on transporting children during a field trip. My daughter went on a field trip with them and was transported in a teacher’s car. Never was I properly informed beforehand (on the field trip form or verbally) that she would be transported that way. I found out after the fact by my child. They are so irresponsible! Nowadays with so much going on, they should’ve made sure the proper channels were followed. They only care about money!! The welfare of our children IS NOT their concern. Beware of this place!! It might look good, but when you dive in it’s nothing to be proud of! The children play all day and don’t even write on or use lined paper! As a matter of fact, everything they do is on scraps of paper or sheets of bad copies that the children write on the back of. They play, play, and play! They claim children learn through play, but these children will have to learn the hard way when they enter school that everything isn’t play. I feel sorry for those children when they enter kindergarten. The stakes have been raised for what our children are required to know before they even get into kindergarten and within the next couple of years, will only get harder. They are not prepared to meet this demand. My advice is to get out now and find a quality education for your child. The Early Education Center is NOT the place!!!

Quality Accredited Center

If you want a great center for your child and you live in the Pembroke Pines area, there is only one choice. This school just got accredited which just shows you how good they are. The staff is great, it is totally clean all the time, you can't believe how well-behaved the children are...its because the teachers know what they're doing and keep the kids busy and learning.

My child is doing awesome in kindergarten this year and it is all because she spent two great years in this school.

This childcare facility needs improvement!!!!!!

I would NOT recommend this childcare facility to a neighbor, friend and definitely NOT a family member. This facility needs to hire more staff to be able to supervise what happens in the classrooms, so the children don't get injured or bitten on a day-to day basis. In addition, if a child is hurting children in your care on a daily basis, consequences should be inforced to the parents of that child. As a parent it's very hard to sleep at night knowing that there's a chance you might get some disturbing news about your child/children that's in a school which you THINK is taking care of your loved ones.

I would like to suggest that in order to minimize the spread of infections throughout the school they need to provide adequate sanitation products for the children and staff to use. As well as keeping staff and children away from facility if they're contagious to others. I really hope one day these issues will cease because there is nothing like sending your child to a QUALITY childcare facility, but unfortunatley this is NOT one.
