To all you fine people of Pen Argyl:
I would like to set the record straight about Jen the dog groomer at Washington Pet. I have worked side by side with Jen for many years. Jen happens to be one the most talented, gifted, professional dog groomers I have had the pleasure of working with in my nearly 30 years of grooming. Not only is her work exceptional, but her character, confidence, and her patience while working on dogs that sometimes are not the most cooperative is simply amazing! There are a lot of groomers out there that can take a lesson from her as I have done several times in the past!

Shop there all the time. Great products, staff and prices! No idea what the couple negative reviews are about.

Nice pet shop. I found the staff to be very helpful. No problems with special orders. Shop there almost every week.

Staff are very rude and miserable. Nobody seems happy to be there. They act like you're bothering them if you ask for help. Really sad since friendly people used to work there.

the staff are so rude really nasty I would't shop there again if you paid me I would drive 20 miles to get to another pet shop

Staff yells at customers and they give hassle over an even exchange on defective items even when the receipt is presented.

The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Great pet store!
