I have had problems with my Onan generator ever since I purchased my fifth-wheel rig new, 13 years ago. Sometimes it would run for an extended period of time, but most of the time it quit after running a short time. I have taken this problem to several RV dealers, with no success in getting it fixed. I phoned the factory to seek advice and they recommended Reliable Power Systems and Mike D’Angelo. I phoned him and made an appointment for him to come to my house. He arrived early, listened patiently to my explanation and began to seek the problem. About 30 minutes later, he had reached the conclusion it was a problem in the carburetor. He took it apart, found the problem and fixed it. He is actually a mechanic instead of a “parts changer”! It was refreshing to find someone who could and would fix something instead of selling new parts. He made several other small adjustments to make sure the unit performed at its best. He ran the unit for an extended time to make sure it was running okay. His fee was very reasonable; his knowledge and work excellent and his attitude was professional. Thank you Mike for a generator that works! I will let no on one but, Mike, work on my unit in the future. Duane Motley
