I worked for Pilot Plastics in April 2015; I lasted one hour before deciding to head for the door . From what I experienced, I was told that I was going to get thirty minutes of training prior to the start of the job -this is what I was told by the temp recruiter. The place is rough to say the least. It was approximately 110 degrees inside the place-it was 30 degrees outside the day I was there; so the temperature difference had a negative effect on my muscles. You are not allowed to have a water bottle with you, there isn't anywhere to store your private property such as a purse-leaving your valuables vulnerable to thieves.
There are only two tables in the lunch room and two picnic tables outside. overall, the place got me thinking about shows such as 21 years a slave and roots because of the way the workers are treated. My advice: there are other jobs out there; you do NOT need to work for disrespectful employers such as Pilot Plastics.

The worst place to work ever...the management is very controlling, favoritsm, minimum wage with no raises, benefits are barely worth speaking of. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time there.
