Welsh Valley Middle School is a public school offering educational instruction to students in grades six through eight. It has an enrollment of more than 700 students and offers courses in English, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies and French, Spanish and Latin languages. It also provides instruction in keyboarding, word processing, database, spreadsheets, drawing tools and multimedia presentation. The school offers a choice of general music class, instrumental music and vocal music. Its curriculum also comprises art education, physical education, health, technology education, and family and consumer sciences. The school provides various extracurricular activities, such as jazz band, chess club, yearbook, yoga, drama club and games workshop. Welsh Valley Middle School is a part of the Lower Merion School District and is located in Narberth, Pa.
