I have lived at Vineland for almost 5 years..When I first moved in it wasn't the place it is now..Now management actually takes care of the property and cares about the tenants needs.Management has also in past got involved with Ice bucket challenge to show support..The place has come along way with new playground for the kids..cameras to keep watch to help weed out the bad things that used to occur on a regular bases..There is also a neighborhood watch that was implemented to help keep illegal activities down to a minimum as best as possible..Not every apartment obviously is the best but when something gets broke or needs fixing it is done in a timely manner..The review before me was from a person who lived here and tried cheating the system by having unauthorized occupant who happened to be on the sex offender registry.When she left she left the place she lived in a complete mess with coloring all over the walls..dirt and food bedded into the carpet.Vineland is a great community!!

I just moved out I didn't have screens in my windows all summer long people are very noisy and management does not do what you ask and nothing gets done than he turns it around on you I would not recommend it to anyone

The woman who manages this complex is unethical and in violation of tennant rights on a regular basis. My son lives here and over the period of 2 years we have seen her target good honest people making up false violations so that she can evict them move a new tennant in. My guess is that she gets a bonus for each new tennant she get in the place. She makes up rules that are outlandish, an example is that there is a semi-private large backyard behind every apartment with a back door to this yard and the manager made up a rule that children can not play in the back yard!! She goes into tennants apartments without telling them and uses the "I have to do an apartment inspection" to try to gain inappropiate access to personal information. This woman needs to be fired and brought up on charges!
