This company was easy to get along with at first. After 6 months, the insurance premium went up $3 per month and suddenly there was an installment fee of $5 per payment. Then the premium went up $3 more and the same installment fee. The next statement said that to avoid "penalty fees", we should pay the full year all at once or we would basically be subject to frequent rate and installment increases on a monthy or bi-annually basis.



We went to a different insurance company.
