TERRIBLE. I filed a complaint about a participating doctors office and was told that I would receive a call from the office manager. Guess what? That never happened. I gave them a second try when I visited the ER at HMC in January. I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours & left. I then received a bill for $400. I tried calling Patient Accounts for days and kept getting the voicemail. I never got a returned call. I finally called again today and was able to speak with someone. Not only was she rude from the start, but she told me I had no reason to be calling as this charge was removed from my account. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU NEVER RETURN MY CALL?!
