The Community Planning & Advocacy Council is an independent nonprofit organization that plans, advocates and coordinates various human services programs. It works with more than 400 social service and health agencies and several public and private organizations. The council creates community solutions in partnership with the county government and the state of New Jersey. The Community Planning & Advocacy Council serves as a catalyst in addressing social and mental health problems and creates solutions to meet community needs.
